luxe + beloved return & Refund policies

Luxe + Beloved Boutique gladly accepts return requests on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and/or unaltered LUXE merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a STORE CREDIT within 10 days from the date your order shipped.

We ONLY offer credit/debit refunds for LUXE merchandise, in the event that an item is delivered damaged or defective. These items are eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery. If we are not notified VIA email within 48 hours of delivery, the item will no longer qualify for return (or replacement, when applicable). A photo of the item’s damage or defect must be included in order to be considered for return.

Luxe + Beloved Boutique merchandise is not responsible for improper care of merchandise, nor the purchase of incorrect sizing. Additionally, the exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing prints and patterns may also vary from photos due to manufacturing differences. These situations do not qualify as defects and will NOT be eligible for a credit/debit refund.

Cancelled pickup orders will be refunded (via their original payment method) their order total minus a 10% restocking fee and any payment processing fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping & Handling expenses are NOT refundable, nor are payment processing fees.

ALL return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.

All return requests MUST be submitted VIA email to luxeandbeloved@gmail.com.

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. FINAL SALE items include:

  • ALL “Beloved” Merchandise

  • Accessories

  • Jewelry

  • Shoes

  • Hosiery

  • Swimwear

  • SALE/CLEARANCE Section Items

  • Any Item Listed As “Final Sale”

    ALL store credits will be issued in the form of a Luxe + Beloved Gift Card OR a Luxe + Beloved Gift Code Voucher.

    Luxe + Beloved will review ALL refund requests and notify you within 3 business days of approval or rejection. If your return request is rejected, you will NOT be eligible for a return or refund. If approved, you will have 10 days to return your item(s). Once we receive the returned merchandise and it is approved after inspection, you will be issued your store credit or refund back to your original payment method within 2 business days. Any merchandise not approved during inspection will be ineligible for return.

ALL returns and refunds are at the full discretion of Luxe + Beloved Boutique.
